Dave’s Hot Chicken
Food content lives or dies on the first frame. We shoot for the thumbnail and the first half-second, then build the rest of the piece to hold whoever that hook caught.

The Challenge
Food content is the most competitive content category on social. Every restaurant is posting, the format conventions are well established, and the audience has seen it all. Being merely competent gets scrolled past.
The brand’s appeal is visceral — heat, crunch, texture, mess. That doesn’t survive flat lighting and a static shot. It needs content built around the sensory moment, captured in a way that provokes an actual physical response.
What We Built
01
Food Videography
High-speed and macro capture built around the moments that trigger appetite: the pull, the crunch, the sauce, the steam. Lit to make texture read on a phone screen at arm’s length, which is the only viewing condition that matters.
02
Brand Photography
A stills library covering menu items, in-store atmosphere, and the customer experience — usable across delivery platforms, in-store display, paid campaigns, and press.
03
Short-Form Social Content
Vertical, sound-on, hook-first content designed for the platform rather than adapted to it. Cut to hold attention through the first critical seconds.
04
Campaign Assets
Creative variants for paid promotion, built to test different hooks against different audiences.
The Outcome
5k+ organic views across the campaign
30% increase in engagement rate versus prior content
3+ assets delivered for ongoing use across channels
Content repurposed across paid social, delivery platforms, and in-store
“The pictures came out so good and our social media views doubled overnight. I am very satisfied with the result!”
